Add copy button to the "Add Peer" popup code boxes

We have the "Add Peer" that contains code boxes with commands to copy to the shell. Those code boxed do not have a copy button.

It would be nice to have a copy button similar to the "Add token" popup. For single line boxed it should be at right end of the code box. For multi-line it should be in the upper right corner. After copying it should be indicated that the code was successfully copied to the clipboard (also on token popup).

If we could exclude comments while copying that would be perfect. This way we allow shells that have interactive_comments set to false to copy as a whole.
