Cleanup initramfs to only contain `init`

Currently it contains a few random files and directories that Buildroot puts there. They occupy almost no space, so it's not a big deal. It would be nice to remove them so that the archives are minimal.
The cpio is created manually to make it minimal in 0.2.x and forward.
