[New Content]: Show how to compile away :adl PDDL problems

New Content Proposal:
A guide page on how to rewrite PDDL problems with ADL features in to non-ADL would be an amazing addition. This section should look at each requirement that is included in the ADL set, and show how to compile away each part atomically.

Justification:
Some planners do not have native support for the requirements specified in ADL, particularly disjunctive and negative preconditions.
