Update for django CMS 3.6, Django>=2

@yakky I'd like to include django CMS Installer in the upgrade and installation notes for django CMS 3.6. In the RC documentation they are still there, but will need to be removed unless the installer can also be updated to make them available.
Those notes can obviously be included again at some point in the future.
djangocms-installer 1.1rc1 will likely be released tomorrow!
