Making stopping playback more consistent

Since willBecomeActive in the WKInterfaceController kicks off playback, it's easy to accidentally restart playback while the app is foregrounded and the user has "Show last activity" flipped on
Stopping playback from the phone seems to be completely dysfunctional right now
