Fix the broken link: `full demo` in the `Electron Apps` page

I don't know the expected solution for it. Because I could not complete to build the example app with this explained method in Windows and Arch Linux(WSL2). And unfortunately, neon-bindings/examples project is not useful for NEON beginers because the explained Setup in th eREADME.md is not work, at least now too. ( I'll make an issue about it but it is not related to this issue. )
