Subscript and strikethrough render incorrectly

Subscript should be 1 ~ (x2) instead of 2 while strikethrough should be 2~~ (strikethrough). I believe this is how Markdig renders them. Please fix them.
Should be fixed, now.
Could you please release a new build with this fix?
