Backend only run issue: missing fastapi_health module

Despite the fastapi-health dependency being in the requirements.txt file (and even after running pip install fastapi-health independently), the following error occurs when running the backend only run instructions:

Instructions:

source envName/bin/activate 
pip install -r requirements.txt
