2 dongle and 2 bluetooth devices to connect.

I have a dongle connected to a PS3 remote and working well. I bought a second dongle to connect a Bluetooth wireless headset. Seem that SCPtoolkit preventing to let Windows manage my connection. Need Help!!!!
