Bluetooth driver gone since using scptoolkit

I tried to get my ps4 controller to connect to a ps2 emulator so I used the toolkit after finding it after researching. After using toolkit my bluetooth driver is missing I cannot connect my controller through usb nor bluetooth. I have deleted the toolkit as it did not help me at all. restarted computer and driver is still not working. I don't know if it deleted it or Slaved it as I have read in other posts. Please just tell me how I can get my bluetooth working again. I don't plan on using the toolkit anymore as windows 10 didn't allow me to run the settings portion of the toolkit so please help.
