DS4 Controller recognized by SCP but doesn't function unless plugged in

Before this issue arose my DS4 controller functioned perfectly fine with bluetooth. Since a recent windows 10 update it doesn't work. I tried doing a clean wipe and reinstalling all the drivers to no avail. When I hit the PS button the light blinks white a few times, SCP gives me a message that it recognizes the controller and then the controller shuts off. Any suggestions to resolve this issue?
