BSOD when plugging PS4 controller in

OS: Win10 64bit
CPU: i5 6600K
RAM: 16GB DDR4 dualchannel
Mobo: Asus z170-a
GPU: GeForce GTX 770
I tried using DS4 and ScpToolkit programs, I uninstalled Scp Virtual Bus Driver in between of trying to switch program.
With DS4 as soon as I plug in my PS4 controller i got the BSOD
With ScpToolkit as soon as I chose the PS4 controller in the Dualshock4 dropdown menu and installed the driver for it, I heard the pop/clack sound of succesful install and immediately after I got the BSOD

Added zip of the two crashdumps if the screenshots do not provide enough information
E: I also recieved error when I installed the ScpToolkit, I think it said smth like "Bus Open: Offset 0 Failed"
