unexpected error and profile manager issue

every thing starts up the monitor, profile manger, setting, and driver install but when i install drivers it tells me theres an error finding the xin..... i forgot the rest but any how it still works except when im in the profile manager it will only let me map buttons i cant go to the other options like axis settings and ect.
