Please mention somewhere in the readme which was the last version to support Windows 7.
Thank you for taking time to bring DS3 with Bluetooth to Windows but the last version's .inf can't be installed on NT 6 based windowses (only igfilter.inf works).
There never was a version for Windows 7, no clue where you got this misleading claim from, a simple search could've told you that.
Here is the statement in the README clear as day for anyone with reading capabilities...
