QuickShot QS-123E Warrior 5

I have a QuickShot QS-123E Warrior 5, which is a 2-axis, 2-button joystick. I can confirm that it works with the Gameport Adapter with the switches set to 0000. I have tested it with some DOS and Windows games using dosbox-staging and Wine on Linux.
