[BUG] - Inactive hyperlinks are unclear

Describe the bug
On the Nebari homepage, it's difficult to tell if there are hyperlinks until you hover on them, for example:
Regular:
On hover over "participant":
Expected behavior
Hyperlinks should have a different color and/or be underlined
How to Reproduce the problem?
Add a hyperlink in the welcome message displayed on the Nebari homescreen
