Contact Localization: Allow Cylindrical Filtering with any arbitrary two points

Currently cylindrical filtering requires two endpoints and contacts are filled in correspondingly in between.
To be more flexible to user input, if we could do two arbitrary contacts then it would allow rigorously getting the same answer.
Expected Output
We should then test the accuracy for arbitrarily chosen contacts:
- first two on electrode
- last two on electrode
- entry/exit points on electrode (current)
and compare and contrast.
