Allow larger range of values for scrolling

Thanks for creating this app! Feels quite awesome to use. However, am feeling that current max scroll speeds are a bit slow.

I'm unable to configure Homerow to exceed 5 px/ms for scroll speed and 5 for dash speed multiplier. Have tried manually entering values higher than 5 to no avail.

I don't believe I'm seeing a difference in scrolling speed with and without the dash speed multiplier :(
