AWS key rotation rule name is unclear

Describe the bug
The AWS rule Lack of Key Rotation for (_ARG_0_) Days is confusing. _ARG_0_ is replaced with "Active" or "Inactive", rather than the number of days:
To Reproduce
Run as scout aws -- no special flags necessary.
Closing issue, as the fix was merged and is included in the latest release.
