The repo should define valid SemVer tags.

Please update your tag to a valid semver 1.0.0.
Package Control currently falls back to branch based releases ignoring invalid tags.
A future change will fix that bug and cause all packages/libraries which are marked with tags: true to be rejected if no valid semver tags are found.
