Fix conference attendee listing

Currently I haven't really worked out properly the various things in the Skype COM API that allow me to list all the attendees regardless of whether I'm the host or not. I want to list the attendees properly so a randomised or sorted list of everyone on the call can be displayed and attendees can be checked-off once they've had their turn.
