How to train on a new dataset ??

How can i train on a new dataset for "Nucleus" ?? There is no information on how to do that.
The data loader requires imgs.npy, masks.npy, weightmaps.npy, objectpoint.npy, pointOther.npy and imagenamaes.npy ??
But what should be provided in these files, imgs.npy and masks.npy are easy enough to understand, what about the others.
Can you provide a documents which explains how to retrain the network ??
