Transform numerics in selected cells into russian/english text
Examples:
English:
- 123 ->
One hundred and twenty three - 321 ->
Three hundred and twenty one - 12.34 ->
Twelve and thirty four hundredths
Russian:
- 123 ->
Сто двадцать три - 321 ->
Триста двадцать один - 12.34 ->
Двенадцать целых тридцать четыре сотых
Add other languages if possible
