No way to get rid of pop-up

It happened on iPhone 7, iOS 11.4, Safari browser.
After you touch the gear button, pop up appears and you can’t close it anyhow.

Only touch in another part of the page, different into the pop-up.

I used a iPhone 7 iOS 11.4 and I wasn't see any problem, obviously, you can try update your iphone to the latest iOS version. I use 12.1 (iPhone 8 and Xs Max).

I can't reproduce this iPhone X iOS 12. You need to click outside the popup as @SASFMONTOYA explained to close it.
