Forms not working with all custom features

Environment
- Python version: 3.8
- Nautobot version: 1.4.1
- nautobot-plugin-firewall-model version: 1.2.0a1
Expected Behavior
Custom FIelds etc field should be displayed in forms
Observed Behavior
Relationship displayed but not config context custom fields or computed fields
