_codesplit.scss vs _code.scss?

I am not sure but I think there is a lot of leftover duplicate stuff in _code.scss that should now be in _codesplit.scss? @alterebro I am happy for you to decide / recommend where things should be and do whatever cleanup you see as necessary.
