Describe the feature request

Request from Charlie to add DSWx-S1 metadata to ES:

  1. The approximate acquisition time of input data e.g. in the filename OR in the tags of the source dataset RTC_SENSING_START_TIME and RTC_SENSING_END_TIME
  2. Input Granules e.g. RTC_INPUT_LIST in the tags of the source dataset
  3. MGRS TileI D - Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) ID
  4. MGRS Tiles collection set ID (need to pass from the RTC download job)

#1, #2, and #3 are from the ISO XML file of DSWx-S1 outputs
Use RtcSensingStartTime for RTC_SENSING_START_TIME
Use RtcSensingEndTime for RTC_SENSING_END_TIME
Use list of GranuleInput for RTC_INPUT_LIST
Use Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) for MGRS Tile ID
