EDSC:3328: Rename 'Available from AWS Cloud' facet to 'Available in Earthdata Cloud'

Please review Contribution.md before contributing to this project.

The feature facet named "Available from AWS Cloud" should be renamed to "Available in Earthdata Cloud"

Facet in EDSC is visible as 'Available in Earthdata Cloud'
