Server configuration file

We need some form of configuration file for the server:
Server port
Database storage type (XML / mySQL)
etc.
As mentioned in issue #15, another use for server config will be aliases. I'll bump the priority on this to high.
Yes, that "comment & close" button is irritating. In particular with no accesskey.
