get_environment method not working. "tuple index out of range"

I'm trying to do some work with NetBox and realized that the get_environment method is not working. Both my server and on my Windows 7 machine it returns "tuple index out of range"
Python 3.8
napalm version
"2.5.0"
napalm-ros version
"0.5.1"
ROS version
6.47
Please provide output of /system health print from console.
