Android Face ID never working.

I've tested with android Face ID several times from a few months ago. but nothing fixed so far.
Would you give me a guide ?

Only devices having Android 10 and above supports Face ID.
Did you get any solution for this? I also don't see any FaceID prompts for my Android 10 and above devices.

I think this might work with highly secure IR cameras used for FaceID in android. I don't know because I don't have access to those devices.
