List inspector is broken in Unity 2020.3.35, 2021.3.3 and later

Caused by a Unity regression in patch 2021.3.3 and 2020.3.35: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/1409773
For a temporary workaround use Unity 2021.3.2 or 2020.3.34.
Fixed in 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.0f1.
