- Prerequisites
- A device running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) or newer, and Google Play services 9.6.0 or newer
- The Google Repository from the Android SDK Manager
- Android Studio 1.5 or higher
- Add Firevase to your app
- Make sure you have an Android project created in Android Studio
- Go to console.firebase.google.com
- Click on Create New Project and name your project
- Package name is found under Project view in Android Studio in the following directory:
- app > src > build.gradle under applicationId
- Obtaining SHA1 key

Firebase Console -> Raven -> Project Settings -> General -> Your apps -> Raven Android -> ADD FINGERPRINT

Type in Terminal:

keytool -exportcert -list -v -alias androiddebugkey -keystore ~/.android/debug.keystore

Password is “android”
(It will change later) -
Copy and paste SHA1 value in Firebase console

Download the google-services-json file and move it into the app folder of your project in Android Studio.
