Link to Namecoin Core

#229 adds a link to Namecore in the README. However, I was thinking we should mention it in the one-liner description at the top of the repo.
I'm also not sure about the wording I put into the readme, maybe it should be a "deprecation" notice instead of an "upgrade" notice....
