Clear nameserver entries with empty arrays

Namecoin-QT enjoys littering records with empty nameserver entries "ns":[] which NMControl doesn't care for.
As I'm only using the translate field when filling in these values, I'm guess that the DNS panel leaves it in by default. You can check spkis.bit as an example.
