Among other things, this will fix #151

We will need to get permission to publish to npm, as @donmccurdy is currently the only owner.

What's the status on this? A project that I'm working on is having installation issues since the latest NPM package currently relies on donmccurdy/cannon.js, but it seems like that repo has been removed.
