Is it possible to make opening sidebar a default when we click on extension?

I'm not sure if there's option already if it is I can't find it.

in my use case more than 99% of the time I want a sidebar rather than opening a new tab with a full chat experience, so is it possible to change the default behavior when I click on the extension for the sidebar to open up first?

I'm trying to add that feature, and hopefully it will be available in a future update
