Please add a spam detector capable of identifying and filtering unwanted messages transmitted via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). The detector should be able to recognize common spam patterns and block or filter these messages to prevent them from reaching the end user. Additionally, ensure that the detector is energy-efficient, as it will be operating on devices with power constraints such as IoT devices or mobile devices.
