Tom has removed his own CoreParse library from CocoaPods. ArgumentParser depends upon CoreParse.

It's out of my hands. The CoreParse library is owned by Tom Davie (aka Beelsebob). I was the maintainer of the CocoaPod for about a year, but he decided that he didn't want it available as a pod.
