Maps shows no picture / "Look Around" is grayed out

I installed Catalina with the help of the script and it seems everything is working fine except the Maps app! It shows no map at all and when I switch to satellite it shows only black tiles instead of the pictures. I then updated to latest MacOS Monterey and it is the same there and also the "Look Around" button is grayed out.
I assume it is because either:
- graphics problems
- missing AppleID (I did not use my AppleID and made no new AppleID)
- missing Location informations (the emulated MacOS has no wifi hence no location is known
- no genuine serial and it is the same problem as the iMessages / iCloud problem
Before I waste more time I want to know if anyone got a working Maps app with any MacOS version and/or VirtualBox version at all?
