Teensy SPI1 for RFM69?

I have some Teensy's.
I want to use the Teensy 3.5 as gateway and want to connect the RFM69 to SPI1.

Is it possible?

Something like:
MY_RFM69_MOSI_PIN
MY_RFM69_MISO_PIN
MY_RFM69_SCK_PIN
