MY_INDICATION_HANDLER Issue

MY_INDICATION_HANDLER is not properly functional for rx & tx if MY_DEFAULT_xx_LED_PIN are not all defined.
A solution could be by placing indication(ind); on the top of the setIndication function in MyIndication.cpp
