Update basic user guide for RASDR2 operations

- Update existing DigiRED Development Kit documentation to refer to RASDR2 specifically
- updated VID/PID, screenshots and procedures
- add firmware loading, currently roughed-in at CyControl host software
- Add RASDRviewer usage
