Import contacts into CentralTagging

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add new contacts
2. Launch OpenIntents / "Show tags"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List of contents does not show existing contacts. Should be imported the
first time OpenIntents is started, and kept in sync afterwards.
