Add non-boolean path support to Boolean Widgets

Add support for numeric path values of 1 and 0 to Boolean Panel widget.
Widget feature requirements:
- List both boolean and numeric paths
- Autodetect if it should operate in Boolean or numeric (1/0) format.
- have an option in the Options to set the mode
