added !lastduck command
added a PM eve event for !store where you can see weapons with cost/info
!jackpot does current slots payout

use !slots to see previous jackpot payout.
Sorry for any confusion but my suggestions were for display on the AutoDub tab / panel (which has the id of #noumBoard).
Thinking this might conceptually be better as a separate tab. Well, to take it a step further, maybe move these AutoDub tab settings into the Settings tab (gear icon) and then the AutoDub tab would become an 🆔 dashboard of sorts.
