CI and test failures update & PR links

One PR should get tests passing in CI, and another to pass tests locally in 5.6+:
- Cards n/a via github
- 184 replaces cards with Ink
- After this, CI should work on old versions
- Tests will still fail locally for developers running Swift > 5.5
- Swift versions > 5.5
- 181 fixes version output snooping, expected values 5.6...5.9
- After this, local developer tests should pass for Swift 5.5..5.7
Not sure if you want to update ci.yml with versions 5.6 and 5.7 and/or macOS 12 and 13.
@mxcl nudge: would you please
- approve the CI workflow for 184 - Ink example
- pull 184 if it works
- do the same for 181 - version
- and possibly 182 - cache?
