Use SPForms not only to create new items but to edit existing items
Did you ever get this part finished? Right now I am using this on my SharePoint 2010 application and it works great. I am at the part where I need to start editing existing items.
No it is open. I've had no time for it, so I would be happy if someone will implement it.
I'll get to work on it - I am also trying to work on changing the people picker. I want users to be able to type names in and search like SharePoint has
The people picker for 2013 already works like that. For 2010 I think it is not easy to get the experience like the OOB experience, but feel free.
I'll try and share some of the modifications I made. I'm using SharePoint 2010 and got the people picker to work (almost like the OOB experience), attachments for new and existing list items, and a few other changes.
Right now I have some items that are specific to my project that I need to remove before I share it.
