Video play on website

This video does not load properly on internet explorer and safari browser on mac computers. so it is like a white blank space

@DiplomaticImmunity Could you help to specify where the video is displayed in the web page?
Edit: Found it in commented code.
I guess it's due to slow network. It works in Safari on MacOS if I run mvs-live locally. It randomly fails for the live site.
