The p2p networking can't commucate with 3rd party bitcoin p2p library

There seems to be some issues connecting to the p2p network using other bitcoin p2p libraries. Tested the connection 2 days ago with chenhao and we were able to connect. Would still be good to have a third party library configuration that can sync blocks.
@canguruhh - can you please share the error log for communication issue with 3rd party bitcoin p2p library?
